The Westin Rusutsu Resort features 210 bi-level rooms and suites. Each offers mountain or golf course views. Rooms include a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a coffee machine, a seating area, and a dining area. Bathrooms provide free toiletries and bathrobes. The family rooms have five beds, triple rooms have three beds, twin rooms offer two beds, and double rooms contain one bed. Additional amenities include air conditioning, a kitchenette, and a breakfast bar.

Guests can dine at the Atrium, an all-day dining restaurant with cuisine and Hokkaido views. An àlacarte menu with locally sourced ingredients is available for breakfast, lunch, and dinner from 7:00 AM to 11:00 AM, 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM, and 5:30 PM to 8:30 PM daily. Early morning gondola rides to the Yotei Observation Deck allow viewing of the Sea of Clouds.
